Just let it all and rant about what's going on. You really almost can't say too much. What are you thinking? What's going on? What are you feeling? Don't try to solve any problems. That will come later. Just pay attention to what's going on.

In order to be experiencing what you're experiencing you must be believing many things. List all your beliefs about this experience.

What are your fundamental beliefs? Fundmental beliefs are beliefs that are abstract and have no description of physical reality. For example, instead of saying "I don't have enough money" you might say "I am not abundant."

Take the beliefs from the previous step and write their opposites.

If you were the person who believed what you just wrote, how would you act? How would you think? What would you do if you were in your shoes?

You make this all official by taking action. How are you going to now act based upon what you just wrote?
